Drop-Off and Pick-Up Guidelines

To ensure your pet has ample time to adjust before settling in for the night, we recommend dropping off by 5:30 PM on Monday-Saturday and by 3:30 PM on Sundays.

For pets receiving grooming services on their pick-up day, boarding fees will be waived if they are picked up by 3:00 PM. This exception does not apply to Sundays and holidays. Please note that pets groomed on Saturday and picked up on Sunday will incur Sunday boarding charges.

Boarding Reservations

Space is limited, especially during holiday and vacation periods. We highly recommend making boarding reservations at least two weeks in advance to secure your pet’s spot
